Organisational Development & Mental Health Wellbeing Programmes
There has been a lot of focus on making organisations more productive in recent decades with some now facing organisational decline. Awareness of mental health issues in the workplace is increasing, but we still face an environment where people with mental health problems face discrimination, and can face challenges getting the help they need. Many people who experience distress try to keep their feelings hidden because they are afraid of other people’s responses.
In addition just like any living individual, organisations can have health related problems. An organisation is only as healthy as the people in it – healthy leaders and healthy staff will equate to healthy organisations. My seminars and workshops support organisations and working environments to become highly productive, and nurturing.
One of the ways we can start to tackle organisational health is through deepening our awareness, and our ability to understand an organisation. From there we can look to offer interventions and programmes through real, practical dialogue, through working alongside leaders and staff.
I offer a tailor made service to organisations to get to the root of their organisational health to support them to become more productive and effective, and have a more balanced feel to them.

Counselling & Psychotherapy
There is no particular point in life when people turn towards counselling & psychotherapy, but it is often when confronted by some sense of not being able to move forward, or change. Significant events such as bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, questioning who one is or feeling unable to get over past events are common reasons for seeking therapy. Depression and anxiety are often present and very hard to get over alone
Together with a therapist, you can think in a different way about your past, present, and future. The therapeutic process doesn’t give you advice, but in the forming of the relationship you will find it helps you to facilitate your awareness, question unhealthy thought patterns and broaden your sense of choice-fullness.
I am an integrative mental health professional with a background in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This means that as therapist I see every client as a unique individual with different needs. I am interested in listening to you and trying to help you understand how past experiences, affect your life today and the way you view yourself in the present. My approach is not simply about just working with your cognition but also your embodied sense of self.

Executive Coaching & Leadership Development
Being able to thrive in a challenging work environment is difficult to face on your own. Executive coaching is a co-created partnership between a coach and a professional seeking growth. After learning about your skills, capabilities and struggles we can devise goals and targets that you can work towards and adapt your life around so that you can improve your life.
Even the best business professionals will manage a constant mix of intense fundraising, board misalignment, team turnover, miscommunication, and conflict management, amongst much else. Your outcomes will be dependent on both your skills and on your cognitive cognition's, the lens through which you make sense of the world.
Together we’ll unpick your patterns in a safe, non-judgmental space. We’ll challenge these patterns, cultivate them, and establish different paths where appropriate, in order to take you to the new spectrum of leadership. Whether it’s improving communication, developing your vision & mission, or enhancing resilience in the face of impossible choices, executive coaching can support you to grow through every obstacle.

Educational Mental Health
Working across education and healthcare I look to provide mental health support for children and young people in schools, colleges and educational providers. In this modern society there is so much pressure put on young people to perform academically and be successful. External pressures from society can create peer pressure to act and behave in a certain way. I am a passionate and committed advocate for the improvement of mental health, especially in children and young people. I strongly believes that early intervention is key.
My presentation & seminars provide early, brief evidence-based interventions to promptly address emerging mental health needs of children and young people, and support schools and colleges to improve mental wellbeing for students. As well as working with children and young people (aged 11-18), I am a skilled trainer of professional educators through interactive CPD sessions and INSET days, supporting their study of the mental health issues affecting children and young people.
Fitness & Nutrition
My approach to fitness and nutrition intersects right throughout every piece of work that I do. I work with individuals on their goals, current fitness, nutrition and broader lifestyle habits. From there, we can create a programme that is tailored to the client’s specific wants and needs.
I believe in adopting a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition with a focus on making you feel strong in mind & body and one which helps you to be a happier, healthier and more confident version of yourself. Exercise and dieting should be a manageable and wholesome experience if approached in a sustainable and supportive way.
